Koanie Chili

     This is a slightly modified version of Koanie's chili recipe.  It's absolutely delicious, and I added notes so you can create the original.       

   

     You can make available chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream on the side if you really want to get fancy!  The chili is also good on hot dogs in a bun for the full American A & W effect!

     I suggest you dutifully use your readers when you make this recipe.  I created an absolute disaster, yesterday, when I made it without my classes on.  I added two tablespoons of cayenne pepper instead of two tablespoons of chili powder.  When I tasted it, I blew up in flames.
