Moose Meat Pie

Mmmm! Moose Meat Pie! If you are lucky enough to have generous friends like Gaston and I do, you will receive a few pounds of fresh lean moose meat each fall. I patterned this recipe off another bush wife's recipe, down to the decorative venting circle in the middle. If you don't have moose meat, substitute lean ground beef. The only caveat with the switch up is you will be serving "Cow Pie."
